Central Living + Big Balcony – Stylish 2BR Stay

Central but inconvenient. Positive: The host was very responsive to maintenance issues that came up through the stay. The shower retained water for the first day and we required extra blankets but the host sent maintenance quickly. Negative: The space, with one very small bathroom, a small couch and small dining table really wasn't comfortable for three adults. Note the bathroom and bedrooms are on separate floors which didn't suit my elderly parents. Parking is a nightmare and whilst the complimentary carpark was welcomed (esp considering the price normally), it's a fair way away particularly with suitcases. This was also a problem when we were dressed up for a wedding and had to walk down the street to get to the car. We had to leave at 8am to get a space on the street adjacent to the apartment to load suitcases. Even with car close, the pathway to the apartment is over rough cobblestones. The outdoor space is lovely to look at the view and enjoy the afternoon sun, but the furniture isn't inviting or cosy. The rooms were cold and we had to request extra blankets.

Great accommodation for 4 adults. It's quiet inside even though located on a busy street. Positive: Location is super central, easy walk to anywhere you want to go. Spacious living area. Kitchen stocked thoughtfully. Complimentary parking is a bonus - it is a bit of a walk with luggage, but worth having the option. Communication with host team was clear and timely. Negative: A review on returning the car park lanyard to the lockbox rather than inside the apartment would be worthwhile.

Everything was perfect . Positive: The property was very clean and comfortable, central to everything we needed and close to the wharf. Having the carpark spot for the car was great too. Negative: Nothing , we loved the property .

Best Queenstown Accom there is! Positive: Exactly like the images - if not better! Incredible location. Spacious, great for a snow trip, when you have ski gear etc. Easy check in/check out, full size kitchen and fridge meant we could cook breakfast and some dinners (which saved us quite a bit of money). Excellent communication with host. Couldn’t have asked for better accomodation on our trip.

Positive: It felt like a home away from home. Extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. Negative: The place is on the 2nd floor and has no elevator.
